Yep, that’s right! My second ultrasound showed that the follicle on my left ovary had ruptured (AKA ovulated). Right now, there could be this little zygote twisting and turning down to my uterus to make a home for nine months.
I had to call the person who actually handles the fertility testing like ultrasounds and such because she was so busy with the office being mostly on vacation. So, I was waiting for a few hours searching ultrasound pictures on Google trying to see if any of them looked like mine to show ovulation.
I go on Tuesday to get my progesterone levels checked and I have high hopes for it to be a high or normal range since I’ve had good news so far. I don’t want to get my hopes too high but just seeing these results alone is very promising. Maybe at the end of this month my next post will be my pregnancy announcement; cross your fingers (and your toes if you can).
